In order to keep the lashes as fluffy as initial purchase, store the lashes back in the lash tray as soon as you take them off. Also use the given spooly avoid clumps and tangles.

• Orders can take between a few a hours to two days to process.
• All orders are shipped off with free Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery by default - any variation to such will include a fee.
• Any orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday unless Guaranteed Next Day Delivery chosen during checkout.
• Any orders placed after 9am on Saturday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery (as it is a next working day service).

How do I put them on?

1. Measure the lash on your on your lash line, trimming down from outer corner if necessary.
2. Apply a layer of lash adhesive on lash band.
3. Once the glue becomes tacky, place lashes against the lash line, making sure the lashes sit as close to your natural lash line as possible.

I've bought the wrong one, can I return them?

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns unless the packaging envelope is unopened. If you buy the wrong lash and we have yet to it off, you can send us an email and we will sort it out for you, whether that means cancelling your order or replacing the lash with another one.

I need them today! Can I pick them up?

Yes you can! Pick ups are available however to ensure a smooth collection please contact us before purchasing. Drop offs are also available depending on location, contact us for more information.
